In our products we use a few simple ingredients: soft wheat flour of Italian origin, water, vegetable oil, salt and yeast; in order to keep the authenticity of the product intact, we do not use preservatives or improvers.
The Tigelle are cooked directly at the moment, on specially designed plates, to guarantee the maximum fragrance to the final product. Our fried dumplings are cooked in hot oil at the moment to keep the quality intact. Everything is served freshly cooked accompanied or stuffed with cold cuts, cheeses, salty and sweet sauces.
Our cellar offers a variety of wines particularly suited to the dishes on offer.The Veronese area, rich in vineyards, has favored our research. Some wines come directly from the vines of our family business.
